Emma Taylor

Emma has been a mortgage and protection consultant since 2006. She is currently based in our Trinity Finance head office in Welling but she also has clients in West Wickham, Selsdon, Bromley, Croydon and the surrounding areas. She started off at Countrywide and worked there for 11 years until venturing into self-employment with Trinity Finance.

Countrywide taught Emma a lot about customer service and the ‘journey’ that you go on as a client. Therefore, she feels her biggest strength as a consultant is communication. She believes it is her job to make the process as stress-free as it can be for you, keeping you up to date with what is going on at each stage. This may seem unimportant at the start but from speaking to clients who have not had this in previous transactions, they find communication to be the most important part of the whole process.

Emma has worked in both the highs and the lows of the market and she has managed clients’ mortgages through both of them. She is pleased to say she has retained a high percentage of her clients and will continue to do so until they become mortgage-free (the dream).

It’s doubtful there is a financial transaction that she has not come across but if there is something new and a bit quirky, she would love the challenge to help out.
